1987
Lawyer Oscar Conde Ortíz, at the age of twenty-five, began to litigate on September 1, 1987 in the Municipality of Puerto Rico, Caquetá, opening a small office in the central part of the mentioned municipality, providing legal services in labor law, administrative and public hearing with jury (Criminal).
1989
He settled in Florencia, capital of the department of Caquetá, serving for a period of three months as Secretary General of the University of Amazonia under the administration of Mr. Rector Félix Antonio Malagón M. Once he resigned from the position in Uniamazonia, he decided to lease an office diagonal to the Migani School in the La Vega neighborhood of Florencia, Caquetá.
